I am based in New York City, and hold licenses to practice therapy in New York and California.

I currently have Telehealth slots open for clients in both states.

I also have openings for on-site sessions in Brooklyn, NY, where I offer more traditional somatic therapy with the option to combine with developmental trauma-healing bodywork.

Fee Structure & Insurance

I am doing my best to make room for accessibility within a broken, commodified healthcare system--and I am always learning.

My fee structure (sliding scale $25-250) includes a model of wealth redistribution: people with more wealth privilege help cover the cost of therapy for people who have been most harmed by capitalism. Cost of therapy is scaled up based on wealth access, with the hope that fees represent a relatively equitable value to all my clients. That way, we can invite in richer healing that ripples out into our communities.

Please note: My full fee is $200 and I have limited sliding scale openings.

For NY clients, I accept Aetna, Oxford (Optum), Oscar (Optum), and United Healthcare (Optum).

For CA clients, I am in-network for Aetna, BCBS Massachusetts, United Healthcare (Optum), and Oxford (Optum).

I can also provide a superbill for out-of-network clients.
